This is not a joke, rapper Waka Flocka Flame is actually running for President of the United States after announcing his candidacy on Monday April 20 to Rolling Stone magazine.
Immediately fans were excited and a bit skeptical, but he is for real as he took to the streets of New York City in Tuesday April 21 shaking hands and getting signatures for his petition to get him on the 2016 ballot stating, “Yesterday was not a joke. I will be running for President, I’m super serious […] shit’s gonna be okay.”
Also, if you’re wondering what his platform is focusing on, after making the announcement on 4/20 it shouldn’t be a surprise that his first order of business will be to “legalize marijuana” because “the president gotta have a big, fat old blunt.”
Of course the issue of war and international conflict is always on the mind of the President and in the video for the magazine Waka gets a phone call apparently about the issue to which he states, “I don’t give a f–k if you’re going to war. F–k you bitches,” before throwing the phone away and stating, “that shit’s depressing though.”
His other orders of business include banning animals from restaurants and naturally, putting restricitions on people with big feet. Yup, apparently that is an issue. “Anybody who got feet over size 13 cannot walk in public no more. They have to take, trains, cabs and busses. I don’t wanna see your big ass feet taking up all the space on the concrete.”
