Will Ferrell Dresses Up As Little Debbie, Confuses Jimmy Fallon

While Jimmy Fallon’s job as host of The Tonight Show seems to be a lot of fun and games with today’s hottest celebrities, there are times when even he doesn’t seem to know what to do with the interview.

On Wednesday March 18 actor Will Ferrell tested Fallon’s composure and ability to go with the flow when he showed up for his Tonight Show appearance dressed as Little Debbie, the face of Little Debbie’s snack cakes.

The dress-up was pretty surprising because the actor was on the show to promote his new film Get Hard opposite Kevin Hart, which we’re pretty sure has nothing to do with Little Debbie snack cakes.

While it isn’t clear just how much Fallon was let in on the gag, he did seem genuinely surprised by Ferrell’s odd attire and asked him about it. “Well I have to wear it,” he responded. “I am the new face of Little Debbie snack cakes. I’m not the Hollywood hunk I once was, this mug ain’t making the moolah like it used to. I’ve got a mouth to feed, mine.”

Fallon tries to bring up the movie for Ferrell to talk about, but instead the actor uses the moment to “plug” his products telling the entire audience they all have the “opportunity to go out and buy a packet of Little Debbie snack cakes!”

The whole interview is strange and, of course, funny as even Fallon is reduced to laughter multiple times, seemingly unsure how to respond to Ferrell’s new alter-ego.
