Zoe Saldana’s Amazing Post-Baby Body Three Months After Twins
Published on February 23, 2015.The scrutiny of red carpet looks in Hollywood is definitely much higher for females and during the biggest night of awards season at the 87th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday (Feb. 22) everyone was being judged head to toe and none more so than Hollywood’s newest moms.
While the expectations for post-baby bodies is definitely unfair, it is impossible to ignore just how great the likes of Scarlett Johansson and Zoe Saldana looked only months after welcoming their bundles of joy.
While bouncing back post-baby is a feat all in itself, Saldana did it in record time – and after having twins! The 36-year old beauty took to the red carpet in a blush-colored Versace gown, showing off her tiny waist and incredible figure making it hard to believe she welcomed twin boys Cy Aridio and Bowie Ezio only three months ago.
“Petra [Flannery], my stylist, called and it was custom made for me,” she told Us Weekly magazine. “They have dressed other new moms before and they basically said, ‘Okay. Just give us the measurements. It’s going to be fierce.’ This blush dress just completely blew us all away. And I felt so beautiful. I was like, ‘Okay! I can do this.'”
Of course, Saldana, along with her husband Marco Perego couldn’t help but gush about life as new parents, “So Bowie’s Bowie and Cy is definitely Cy. And we know their cries; it’s bizarre. Everybody’s asking us when we’re in the house, ‘Whose that?’ And we say, ‘Oh it’s Bowie.’ Oh it’s Cy.’ And we know exactly what they mean, so it’s fantastic. And 4 a.m. never felt better. To wake up at that time! We love it,” Saldana said while beaming at her husband.
