9. Setback For Nikki and Phyllis

Y&R spoilers indicate that Nikki and Phyllis will suffer a major setback when it comes to ruining Diane. Added teasers hint that their current plan could flop, which is bad news. In the days ahead, however, Jenkins will receive a cryptic message that leaves her reeling. A past threat in L.A. could come back to bite her in the butt.

8. Shhh, Don’t Tell Summer!

Across town, Y&R spoilers suggest that Kyle will keep a secret from his wife. Is this about his mom? Added teasers imply that “Skyle” will have a vow renewal in their future, so maybe this “secret” is actually a fun surprise he has planned. In other news, Phyllis will confront Jack about something.

7. Lily Questions Billy

Is there trouble in paradise for Billy and Lily? Y&R spoilers for the week of September 5th note that Lily will question Billy-boy about his “bond” with Chelsea. Added teasers state that Lawson will make some sort of “progress” with Abbott, as the days go by. Is this about a possible romance, or the issue of Johnny?

6. Johnny’s New Face

Interestingly enough, the above spoiler could be about Johnny, as the character has been recast. Young actor Paxton Mishkind will debut on the show during the week of September 5th, so there’s a good chance Johnny’s mom-versus-mom storyline starts to take center stage as September hits. This should be an interesting one to watch unfold.

5. Abbott Siblings Fight

Speaking of the Abbotts, Y&R spoilers imply that Jack and Billy will fight about the choices being made at Jabot. Jackie asking Adam to work for the family company will likely rub Billy-boy the wrong way. In fact, it sounds like the younger brother will question his older brother’s leadership skills. Yikes!

4. Schemes Surface

Y&R spoilers for the week of September 5th reveal that Adam’s scheming could come to the surface. In fact, added teasers indicate that Victor will learn something that unsettles him. 2. Another Hurdle for “Teriah”

Y&R spoilers for next week state that Tessa and Mariah will face yet another hurdle. With the happy couple deciding to officially jump into the adoption process, this teaser likely has to do with expanding their family. But what kind of snags will the couple hit? Can they push through and overcome them?

1. Nate’s Power Moves

Lastly, Y&R spoilers hint that Nate will make some power moves next week. Added teasers reveal that Elena won’t like seeing this new aggressive side of her boyfriend, but it sounds like Imani will be over the moon about it. Speaking of Benedict, the role has been temporarily recast with actress Denise Boutte, who will step into the part during the week of September 5th. This is only a short-term thing, as the original actress, Leigh-Ann Rose, is dealing with other projects and will be back at some point soon.
