12. A Reality Check For Hope
Hope has been operating on the assumption that she can mend Liam’s troubled behavior. Especially after they’ve consummated their reunion, she’ll assume that things will be better and that Liam won’t fear “losing everything”. But when a fresh round of questioning from Lt. Baker throws him into another panic, Hope will begin to realize that this reunion will not be a fairy-book tale after all — at least not the romantic kind.

11. Thomas Is Convinced
Thomas will aid in Hope’s gradual disappointment when he confides in her that he thinks Liam is acting strangely. The Forrester will gradually come to the conclusion that Liam was involved in Vinny’s passing, but he won’t share that information until he has real evidence. But his support for Hope, as declared when she reunited with her husband, will eventually turn into a fierce protectiveness from Liam.

10. The Ghost Of Vinny
Lt. Baker won’t be the only unwelcome visitor to call on Liam in the next two weeks. We’re expecting the ghost of Vinny to once again play on Spencer’s mind, although this time it’ll be conjured in a new way. Since he feels it’s too late to come clean, there’s really no end in sight for Liam’s guilty conscience. Will Liam crack before someone else puts the pieces together?

9. A Not So Paranormal Twist
If so, Liam had better get cracking, because Vinny’s next appearance won’t be a paranormal one, but a result of Thomas’s plan to break Liam. Thomas is sure that Liam was involved and will concoct a scenario that features the deceased lab tech’s voice. Will Thomas play a voicemail recording into the phone, or have something more theatrical in mind, to startle Liam?

8. The Autopsy Report
Vinny’s autopsy report will conclude that Mr. Walker was critically injured before he was struck by a passing car. It will prompt Lt. Baker and Detective Sanchez to broaden their investigation and seek out new statements from new persons of interest. But it’ll also transform Vinny’s case from a possible accident into an intentional murder, begging the question: who wanted Vinny dead, and why? Did Vinny know something that made him a threat?

7. Steffy’s Return
Two people Lt. Baker will be eager to speak with are Steffy Forrester and Finn, who are due back in Los Angeles over the next two weeks. They’ll be summoned for questioning regarding Vinny’s passing, and both will have to field questions about their relationship to the lab tech. We can expect a line of questioning regarding the paternity test fiasco as well, which could be seen as a motive for these two.

6. Timing Is Everything
The autopsy report will send a ripple effect throughout the criminal case and its suspects. It might also impact Thomas’s plan. The success of his paranormal scheme will teeter on when Liam finds out the details of the autopsy report. If Liam’s guilt is significantly lessened by the time he overhears Vinny’s voice, he’ll still be disturbed — but he won’t have the confession that Thomas is hoping for.

5. Brooke’s Mission
With Hope and Liam seemingly back on track, Brooke suddenly has a 12 hour vacancy in her daily schedule. So the next troubled marriage she’ll turn to is Eric and Quinn’s, with the sole intention of outing Quinn as a cheater. Brooke doesn’t buy Shauna’s fling with Carter. If anything, Shauna’s involvement makes her that much more suspicious that Quinn is the mystery woman.

4. Part time Redecorator
Since her passionate dislike for Quinn knows no bounds, Brooke will become increasingly bold in her accusations. Word has it, Brooke’s so set on Quinn’s destruction that she just might take some liberties redecorating Eric’s mansion — and knock that portrait of Quinn right off the wall!

3. Ridge Remains Concerned
Meanwhile, Forrester Creations is dizzy over the news that Carter slept with Shauna. Even though Zoe and Carter are seemingly an item again, Ridge can’t shake the feeling that something is very wrong with his pal. Carter will remain preoccupied and nervous despite the good news —personality traits that will stand in stark contrast to his happiness the last time he and Zoe were engaged to be wed.

2. Eric’s Dilemma
Ridge’s suspicions will be shared by his dad. Carter has yet to visit with Eric, but he will over the next two weeks. And since the Forrester COO is consumed by guilt over sleeping with his wife, he’ll be especially cagey in Eric’s company. Perhaps Carter’s change in attitude, combined with a (literally) fractured portrait of Quinn, will guide Eric to the same beliefs as Brooke. Or maybe he’ll get a better feeling for the situation by interrogating Shauna.

1. All’s Well That Ends Well?
Things should seem right between Carter and Quinn. They’ve indulged in their passions and seemingly returned to their own worlds, unscathed and undiscovered. Quinn is back in the Forrester Mansion, while Carter has seemingly realized that Zoe is the woman for him. But that relief will soon give way to restlessness, as neither half of Quarter can move on from their affair. Who will seek out the other first, Quinn or Carter?
