Bold And The Beautiful: Spoilers For Christmas 2019

The holiday season on Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) will be filled with tidings of joy for some and holiday blues for others when families gather at the Forrester estate for the annual Christmas celebration. Who will be lonely over the holidays and who will meet under the mistletoe? Read on for B&B spoilers for Christmas 2019.

14. Holiday Scheduling

While B&B families celebrate Christmas in Los Angeles, CBS will air a new episode of the show on Christmas Eve. Viewers should note, however, that a repeat will be aired on Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25. A new episode will also air on Tuesday, December 31 on the east coast, but the show will be pre-empted on the west coast for CBS Sports: The Sun Bowl. The New Year’s Eve episode will air on the west coast on Wednesday, January 1 and east coast viewers will see an encore episode that day. Regularly scheduled programming will resume on Thursday, January 2.

13. Forrester Holiday Celebrations

As always, the Forrester family will spend Christmas Eve together at Eric and Quinn’s estate. Steffy will attend with baby Kelly, along with Thomas and his son Douglas. Other guests at the Forrester estate Christmas party will include Shauna, Pam and Charlie. Quinn’s son Wyatt will also be there, but will Sally be on his arm?

12. Brooke’s Holiday Blues

There won’t be a cure for Brooke’s holiday blues this year. By the time the holidays roll around, she and Ridge will have signed papers, making the end of their marriage official. For the first time in years, Brooke will be spending Christmas without her husband, due to their many arguments about Ridge’s son Thomas. Viewers can expect a lonely Brooke to do some holiday reminiscing about past Christmases she spent with the man she considered her destiny. But she will still hold on to hope that Ridge will see Thomas for who he really is and return to her in the new year.

11. Making Amends

Speaking of Ridge, spoilers tease the Forrester Designer will find out from Shauna that Thomas has been plotting to end his marriage to Brooke for months. But will he give up on Thomas at Christmas time? “In a way, Ridge probably thinks he deserves a kid who’s not perfect,” Ridge’s portrayer Thorsten Kaye told CBS Soaps In Depth. “You can’t escape your kid at the end of the day, and Ridge doesn’t want to. That love has to be unconditional. It’s what you sign up for as a parent.” So, despite what Ridge may be told about what Thomas has been up to, will he continue to support him unconditionally?

10. Home For Christmas?

Will fan favorite Ashley Jones return to B&B for the holidays and will she come home to Los Angeles to join her mother Brooke, father Eric, aunts Katie and Donna and niece Hope for Christmas? Jones was recently seen on the B&B set, so there’s a chance she may return to LA for the holidays. “There’s talk about Bridget coming back for things here and there. Nothing is solidified yet,” Jones recently told Soaps.com. “I wouldn’t rule it out if it happened in the future. I’m really hoping they do bring her back a little bit because it’s fun for me and the fans like it.”

9. Prodigal Son Returns?

With her marriage to Ridge over for now, Brooke will need all the support she can get, especially during the holidays. One person she needs back in her life is her son Rick. B&B spoilers had teased that Rick would be returning soon and would be involved in a love triangle with Maya and Carter. Will fans finally see Rick back on the B&B canvas at Christmas?

8. Continued Tradition

Last year, much like the annual Forrester Thanksgiving celebrations, Ridge asked each person at the Forrester Christmas celebration to express their thoughts on what they’re grateful for and how they are blessed. Will Ridge will ask everyone for their thoughts again this year? And will the party guests feel like they were blessed or cursed in 2019?

7. Baby Beth’s First Christmas

One couple who will feel blessed as the year comes to a close is Hope and Liam. Their year began with a tragic event in January when the couple thought their daughter Beth had been stillborn. But this past summer, they finally found out the miraculous news that Beth had not passed away after all, she had been right under their noses for months, living as Steffy’s adoptive daughter Phoebe. Liam and Hope will be elated to spend their first Christmas with Beth.

6. Batie’s Christmas Bliss

Bill and Katie are another couple who feel blessed these days. They will enjoy a quiet, joyful Christmas and New Year’s Eve together with their son Will. After Katie’s successful kidney transplant in the fall, Batie is looking forward to moving on with their lives in the new year. They will be happily making plans to remarry in 2020.

5. Wally’s Holiday Angst

Wyatt is still reeling after Sally’s recent slip-up when she called him by his brother Liam’s name right after they kissed. So, will the couple still spend Christmas together? Sally had suggested they elope, right after her blunder, but Wyatt refused. Will he break up with her? Will Sally also suffer from the holiday blues this year or will Wyatt forgive her momentary lapse?

4. Holiday Heartbreak For Shauna?

While Ridge has gone back and forth about ending his marriage to Brooke, Shauna has been patiently waiting in the wings. She told Ridge she is in love with him and, although he was flattered, he didn’t return the sentiment. Despite his differences with Brooke, he’s still in love with his wife. Will Ridge make Shauna’s dreams come true this Christmas, or is the former Vegas showgirl headed for holiday heartbreak?

3. Under The Mistletoe

Who will kiss under the mistletoe this year? Will Pam kiss Charlie and will Shauna kiss Ridge? Will viewers see Steffy plant a quick, sassy kiss on Liam? Cha, cha, cha! And will Thomas kiss Zoe, in a bid to make Hope jealous? Liam and Steffy have recently teamed up and recruited Zoe to dig up dirt on Thomas’ motives. Steffy has also rehired her as a model at Forrester Creations. But will Zoe comply with Steam’s plan, when it’s clear she has some feelings for Thomas?

2. Ridge’s Resolution Reversal

Last year, Ridge made a heartfelt resolution to Brooke for the new year. He told her he would love and support her in all things. But Ridge’s resolution didn’t last through the year, thanks to his son Thomas’ return to Los Angeles and the havoc he created. Instead of being more in love than ever, Ridge’s marriage to Brooke is over. This year, it looks like he’ll spend Christmas with his new admirer Shauna, instead of his wife.

1. The Meaning Of Christmas

Another Forrester tradition that will likely be repeated this year is Eric reminding everyone of the true meaning of Christmas during the holiday party at his estate. As usual, the eggnog will be flowing, and Eric will play the piano and sing Christmas carols with the whole family. This year, viewers will see his wife Quinn at his side and her best friend Shauna at Ridge’s side. Will Hope, Liam and baby Beth join Thomas and Douglas and Steffy and Kelly for the festivities?
