16. Hit: MJ Rodriguez
MJ Rodriguez stepped out for the Glamour Awards wearing a gorgeous yellow gown! The look featured a thigh-high slit and cutouts on the shoulder, which definitely made it stand out. This color looks fabulous with her dark features!
Press Association15. Miss: Ava DuVernay
Ava DuVernay stepped out at the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards wearing a black long sleeve dress with patchwork on the skirt. While we can appreciate the uniqueness of the look, we’re not sure the patches felt the most glamorous.

Samira Wiley stunned at the 2019 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards where she stepped out wearing trousers! The plunging shirt paired with glitzy trousers were the perfect glam yet sophisticated combination.
Press Association13. Miss: Sophia Lillis
Sophia Lillis missed the mark with her silver look at the Glamour Awards this year. While we love metallics during the holiday season, this look simply had a lot going on with all the heavy ruffles and the iridescent texture of the fabric.
Press Association12. Hit: Aja Naomi King
Aja Naomi King dazzled in yellow at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards. We absolutely love the sultry yet elegant neckline of this dress with the off-the-shoulder detailing. This color is also fabulous on her!
Press Association11. Miss: Olivia Palermo
Olivia Palermo is a bonafide style icon, which is why we were admittedly a little disappointed with her look for the Glamour Awards this year. The embellished number had no shape to it and the black tights felt a little unnecessary.
Press Association10. Hit: Stassi Schroeder
Stassi Schroeder stunned at the Glamour of the Year Awards where she stepped out wearing a black plunging number. This look was elegant but still a little glitzy with the subtle embellishment on the hemlines and bow detail.
Press Association9. Miss: Tamron Hall
While we absolutely love this bright magenta color on Tamron Hall, the tulle on this look seemed to overpower. We wish she had opted for something a little sleeker with a color this vibrant.
Press Association8. Hit: Jane Fonda
Jane Fonda dazzled in this black glitzy tuxedo set at the 2019 Glamour Awards. A look like this is simple yet glam and works perfectly for this time of year leading up to the holidays.
Press Association7. Miss: Jameela Jamil
We weren’t the biggest fans of this orange and black ensemble that Jameela Jamil wore to the 2019 Glamour Awards. The orange and black combination felt like it clashed a little, especially paired with the polka-dotted tights.
Press Association6. Hit: Niecy Nash
Niecy Nash stole the show in this burgundy wrap dress on the 2019 Glamour red carpet. The shape of this dress does wonders to highlight her hourglass figure and the glitzy red velvet felt luxe and elevated.
Press Association5. Miss: Danai Gurira
We have to admit we didn’t love the peach look that Danai Gurira wore to the 2019 Glamour Awards. While the color is quite pretty, there seemed to be a lot going on at once from the ruffles to the long collar detailing.
Press Association4. Hit: Brooke Shields
Brooke Shields dazzled at the Glamour Awards wearing this long sleeve black sparkly number. We love that she topped this elegant look with a red lip for the perfect pop of color.
Press Association3. Miss: Yara Shahidi
Yara Shahidi stepped out at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards wearing a high-low dress which featured a dramatic floral print. We felt that the bold print and sparkling bust of this look didn’t flow together properly, which made it a miss in our books.
Press Association2. Hit: Busy Phillips
Busy Phillips looked so chic at the Glamour Awards this year where she rocked a cream sparkly midi-length dress. We love the elegant draping of the neckline and the stunning sparkling shoes she paired with it.
Press Association1. Miss: Charlize Theron
Charlize Theron had an unfortunate fashion miss at this year’s Glamour Awards. While we love this cream color on her fair complexion, we’re not sure the shape and texture of this dress were the most flattering!
