Charlie Sheen Fires Back At Ex-Fiancee Brett Rossi, Claims Extortion

Since actor Charlie Sheen revealed he is in fact HIV-positive, his ex-fiancee Brett Rossi has continuously been in the press after filing a lawsuit against Sheen with some very serious allegations.

In her documents, Rossi is suing Sheen for assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence and her allegations claim he forced her to get an abortion, although they agreed on unprotected sex, and even threatened to hire a hit on her former husband.

In his own court documents, Sheen is firing back at Rossi’s “wild” claims and suggesting she is merely trying to extort him for money. “This is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi … who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star,” the documents state while also arguing that Rossi has, “attempted to extort millions of dollars by disclosing Sheen’s medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement.

Sheen’s documents show her “extortion plan” by identifying her lawsuit, issuing a press release and embarking on a media tour “designed to put additional pressure on Sheen.” He is also denying all of her claims of abuse. “He never kicked, choked, dragged, shook, or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges. In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship.”
