Two superheros dueling it out for their beliefs sounds like the plot to a summer blockbuster but this time it all surrounded the Super Bowl on February 1 between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.

As it turns out Chris Evans who plays the iconic Captain American for Marvel is a huge Patriots fan and Chris Pratt who shot to stardom as Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy is a Seahawks fan, leading to a friendly battle.

Instead of fighting it out however the two A-listers decided to make a bet for charity when Pratt challenged Evans to show up dressed as Captain America to the Seattle Children’s Hospital waving a Seahawks’ fan flag if they won.

Evans responded with a similar challenge for Pratt stating that if the Patriots won, Pratt would go to Chrisopher’s Haven, a Boston charity for families of children with cancer, dressed as Star-Lord wearing a Tom Brady jersey.

As it turns out the two “feuding” friends watched the game together which Pratt revealed through a Twitter photo and in the end accepted his and the Seawhawks’ defeat graciously.

Of course not only do the duo portray good guys on the big screen, the are good guys in real life too and announced they would both be going to each charity dressed up as their character regardless of who won.

“Congrats to the world champions @patriots you were the better team tonight. I will be visiting @chris_haven as Starlord #twitterbowl,” Pratt tweeted afterwards to which Evans responded, “Thank you to @prattprattpratt for being a good sport. I’ll be there with you @chris_haven, and don’t worry @seattlechildren, we’ll be coming there too!”
