Gavin Rossdale Allegedly Cheated On Gwen With The Nanny For Years

As Gwen Stefani, 46, begins to move on from her 13 year marriage with Gavin Rossdale, more and more details about their split come forward and it seems they were not the happy family they appeared to be for quite a long time.

With the media swirling around Stefani’s new relationship with her fellow Voice coach Blake Shelton, she has been opening up more about her divorce and in a new interview on Nov. 9 stated, “Everybody knows that my life blew up last February. I’d just been dealing with that. Unexpected. I was going along thinking that was going to be the rest of my life and it’s not. I don’t know what happened.”

Although she says “everybody knows,” the news that the marriage fell apart back in February is actually quite surprising, and now sources are saying it is because Stefani found out about years of adultery between Rosssdale, 50, and the family’s longtime nanny, Mindy Mann. According to sources who spoke to Us Weekly, Stefani found out about the affair after finding texts between the two, which included nude photos, after Rossdale’s phone got linked to the family’s iPad.

The sources stated that another nanny found the texts and told Gwen who then promptly fired Mann while Rossdale told her it was only “flirtation” and nothing had happened. He allegedly confessed to the full affair months later, which resulted in the August divorce announcement that stunned everyone. “This was done right under Gwen’s nose,” the source continued saying the relationship between Mann and Rossdale lasted more than three years including when Stefani was pregnant with their youngest child Apollo.

While Rossdale has denied the rumors, reports of him hooking up with a nanny have swirled for quite a long time, especially after damning photos of him getting a little too close to her surfaced. Interestingly back in February was when Stefani gave a heartfelt interview to Cosmopolitan where she gushed about her husband and discussed making a 13-year marriage in Hollywood work, which makes the news of the marriage falling apart in February that much more shocking.
