Grey’s Anatomy Finale Sneak Peek: Who’s Breaking Up?

The season 11 finale of Grey’s Anatomy airs tonight, and given what’s already happened this season, we’re freaking out.

Take a breath and toughen up before you watch the new sneak peek for the episode! We’re all still heartbroken over the shocking death of McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey), but it looks like we’re going to experience some more heartbreak as one of the show’s couples breaks up.

Back when Patrick left the show, creator Shonda Rhimes said in a statement, “Meredith and the entire Grey’s Anatomy family are about to enter uncharted territory as we head into this new chapter of her life. The possibilities for what may come are endless. As Ellis Grey would say: the carousel never stops turning.”

That certainly seems to be true!

Luckily, fans of Grey’s are so passionate that they’re still glued to their televisions even after one of their favorite characters was taken away from them.

“Got to say hello to some awesome amazing wonderful fans today too,” Shonda tweeted earlier this week. “Thank you for the kind words. These shows would not exist without you!”
