Gwen Stefani Settles Divorce With Gavin Rossdale

After announcing that they were splitting back in August after 19 years together (13 of which they were married), Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are moving forward with their divorce and have settled the terms.

According to TMZ, the former couple will have joint custody of their three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 1, and while the custody will be 50/50 it was also reported that Rossdale will have them for more time because of Stefani’s touring schedule. Along with custody, the pair also reached a settlement on dividing the property to which Gavin apparently agreed to take less than the 50% he was entitled to in order to speed up the process.

After Stefani filed for divorce, it was revealed that there was no prenuptial agreement and immediately there were reports the two were fighting over money because Stefani was worth significantly more, however that doesn’t seem to be the case, and they actually had their terms worked out earlier because they knew divorce was coming.

“It only looks sudden, but everything was worked out months ago so paperwork could be fiuled and the marriage could be ended quickly and easily,” a source told Us Weekly back in August. “Things were rocky before [the birth of Apollo], but they tried to make the marriage work. but it just couldn’t. A lot of the feeling was gone.”
