Nicki Minaj Is Officially Single

Nicki Minaj and Safaree Samuels have been in a relationship for fourteen years, but apparently the breaking point for the “Anaconda” rapper is when her man wanted some spotlight for himself.

Way back in May, Nicki gave a pretty big hint that it was over by tweeting “SINGLE N READY TO MINGLE,” although it was never confirmed the relationship was over.

Now, recent pictures of Safaree indicate things have gone south.

Safaree who had three tattoos dedicated to his long time girlfriend was seen shirtless with two new tats on his chest covering ones that used to be a portrait of her face and another one that was just her name.

As well, the third one, another picture of Minaj, that is on his forearm is considerably faded which suggests another coverup is on the way.

According to sources close to the pair, Nicki wouldn’t have ended the relationship if Safaree hadn’t been trying to become more successful.

Apparently the fact that she is the star in the spotlight and making the big money was simply how the relationship was and Safaree was supposed to stay as her backup singer, hype man and personal assistant.

After 14 years however, that wasn’t enough for him and he made his point but not showing up to one of her show’s, leaving her with no hype man and leaving him no longer the boyfriend to Nicki Minaj.
