Pregnant Gotham Star Morena Baccarin Ordered To Pay Ex $23,000/Month

The custody battle between Morena Baccarin and her estranged husband Austin Chick has taken another turn as outlets are reporting that a judge has ordered her to pay Chick around $23,000 a month in child and spousal support.

According to TMZ, Baccarin, who is now several months pregnant with her Gotham co-star Ben McKenzie’s baby, has to hand over $2,693 a month in child support for their 2-year-old son, Julius, as well as an additional $20,249 in spousal support for Chick.

At first, the two had a fairly amicable split and had worked out conditions where Baccarin rented out Chick a place in New York so he could stay with and visit their son while Baccarin films Gotham there. However, since learning that Baccarin and McKenzie are in a relationship, Chick changed his mind about co-parenting, and moved permanently back to L.A. Now Chick is requesting that Baccarin fly back and forth to from New York to L.A. with Julius; however, her doctor has determined she has a high risk pregnancy and cannot safely fly that often, especially as she gets later into her pregnancy.

Meanwhile, Baccarin has revealed that she and McKenzie plan on getting married and they made their first red carpet debut just recently for a charity event in NYC.
