Calling all Young and the Restless (Y&R) fans! Time to dive into some of the best daytime drama in history! The storylines within the land of Genoa City has been placed on hold for a bit due production shut down; however, audiences have been enjoying some classic episodes of the soap opera as of late, with some shows dating back to as early the 1980s! What’s on tap for the next five days? Check out the below Y&R spoilers for week of May 11, 2020.
6. Theme Week Alert!
Y&R fans have enjoyed “Katherine the Great,” as well as Nikki and Victor’s love affair, so this week, they’ll focus on all those toxic relationships that keep the drama rolling via a “Rivals” theme week! Get ready to watch your favorite Genoa City feuds unfold right before your very eyes! It seems as if Y&R has some stellar episodes lined up around the best-of-the-best rivalries the little town has had to offer.
5. Monday, May 11th
Rewind to June 30, 1998 and enter a Genoa City where Jill Fenmore looks to find the truth, and an epic confrontation unravels between her and Katherine Chancellor. In other storylines, Sharon is concerned over Nick and Grace’s work relationship, and Michael Baldwin stirs the pot for Nikki and Victor.
4. Tuesday, May 12th
Remember when everyone in Genoa City thought Victor had passed on? No, not the time last December, or that time in 2012 either … not even the time in 2008 when he got shipwrecked in Mexico! Talking about the time in 1993, after he was in a car crash! Well, in an iconic move (and the first time he came back “to life”) Victor returns to the little town, much to the shock of all his foes! Classic episode of the Moustache’s comeback, circa October 1, 1993.
3. Wednesday, May 13th
Sharon and Nikki have been getting along (somewhat) as of late, but they have had one of the most iconic feuds within the show’s history. Therefore, this Wednesday’s blast from the past episode from June 15, 2012 will be an interesting one to watch, when Nikki announces an all-out war against Sharon! Meanwhile, Nick and Phyllis are faced with a catastrophe.
2. Thursday, May 14th
Rewinding to 1999 from a June 21st classic episode, the Moustache will take on Brad and Jack to regain control of his company, Newman Enterprises. Meanwhile, Ashely feels caught in the middle between the Abbott and Newman rivalry, and Paul and Christine get ready for all that parenthood might have to offer (which is actually kind of sad, because we all know how that ends).
1. Friday, May 15th
Hilary is given a rude awakening by her rival (at the time), Lily Ashby; meanwhile, Sharon has a hard time seeing Mariah out and about in town. Lastly, Paul and Nikki get a terrible reminder of their past in the form of Ian Ward. This classic Y&R episode stems back from May 22, 2014!
