Is Beyonce on top? Nope. She was close in rank, but in terms of assets, she really wasn’t close to standing on top of the mountain. What about Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and Kanye West? Oh yeah. They’re in the mix, but they didn’t crack the Top 5. So, who would that leave?

With his tough exterior, soft center and the greatest under bite in all of rock ‘n’ roll, it’s not a surprise that he pulled in a cool $81 million in 2014. Yes, he toured. Yes, he sold albums. Yes, he probably made more than that based on figures that haven’t yet been tabulated due to the use of his music in movies and TV shows. But… we’ll go with the 81 mil.
