Zac Efron Breaks Silence About Rehab!
Published on January 22, 2014. Updated October 15, 2014Featureflash / Shutterstock.comZac Efron is making the rounds to promote his new movie, That Awkward Moment –– and was asked a potentially awkward question about going to rehab.
Appearing on The Today Show with co-stars Michael B. Jordan and Miles Teller, Zac was asked how he’s been doing since getting out of rehab last year.
“I’m in the best place I’ve ever been,” he said calmly. “I’ve never been this happy before.” The 26 year-old actor also said he’s “extraordinarily grateful” for a few specific people in his life — check out the video to see who these special people are!
He also told the Today‘s Savannah Gutrie, “Things are good, so thank you for asking.” Talk about classy!
Zac has been doing a lot of reflecting lately. Earlier this week, he told People magazine, that last year was “interesting.” He continued: “I learned so many things. So much. The best part of it was being able to reflect upon that experience and realize how much I have learned about myself and the kind of man I want to be.”
That Awkward Moment hits theaters on January 31. In case you’re on the fence about going to see it, Zac says the movie involves “naked acrobatics.”
Okay, we’re convinced.
