Young And The Restless Plotline Predictions For The Next Two Weeks (December 14 – 25, 2020)

Young and the Restless (Y&R) fans just love to speculate! As such, below are some Y&R plotline predictions for December 14 to December 25, 2020.

12. Victor Set Billy Up?
A Y&R preview video seems to imply that the Moustache was the one who has set up Billy; however, this storyline is sure to be a tad more complicated than that! While all arrows will be pointing to Victor setting up Billy, the truth is sure to come out in the next couple of weeks.

Lily will do some digging early on in the week and will find out that Alyssa Montalvo is the “secret witness” that can tie Billy to the scene of the crime. What if Alyssa has partnered up with Adam to try and pin Billy as the shooter? What if Adam is blackmailing Montalvo?

Billy will try to approach Alyssa this week once he finds out what has happened. He’ll want to clear the air with her since he knows he’s innocent. Y&R spoilers state he’ll land in jail before he gets to confront her, as Rey will stop him before he gets a chance to do so. While in jail, Billy will have a “dream” with some familiar faces in the sequence. Could Delia make an appearance?

Y&R spoilers tease that Billy will work hard to romance Lily during the holidays, so is a special gift on the horizon for his love come Christmas? Being in and out of jail, Abbott hasn’t had the time to shop; however, he’ll want to show Lily just how committed he is to her, and thank her for her loyalty. He may pick up something shiny and expensive to impress her.

Seems as if Theo’s run in Genoa City is coming to an end. He’ll have a chat with his lawyer Britt in the coming days, and he decides that gaining access to Dina’s entire estate could be a pipe dream. Theo may believe it is time to entertain the offer Jack and the rest of the clan gave him. Something is better than nothing at this point.

Fans should expect to see Jack and Theo negotiate a deal where the young man still gets that corporation in Paris, and Vanderway will drop the lawsuit. Abbott and Theo will also have a nice talk before Theo exits and heads to Paris, leaving Genoa City on a high note.

Before Theo leaves, he’ll have a chat with Summer and warn her about Sally. He’ll let it be clear that Spectra could use Kyle to get to her. Y&R spoilers also tease that Summer will tell Kyle to stay away from Sally; however, this in itself could cause issues in their budding reunion. Kyle doesn’t like to be told what to do, and he’ll be even more intrigued by Sally. Plus, he’ll feel as if Summer doesn’t trust him.

Actresses Leigh-Ann Rose and Ptosha Storey are set to join the Y&R cast the week of December 21st, playing Naya and Imani Benedict. It’s unclear if they’ll be sisters or simply related. It’s also unclear who’s story they’ll be linked to, as there aren’t many details around how they will enter the land of Genoa City. With that said, they might be linked to Amanda’s story?

Y&R teasers for the week of Christmas hint Amanda will get an “unconventional” Christmas gift. Could this be more details around her and Hilary’s birth? Could the two characters above be family she didn’t realize she had, entering the picture right before the holidays hit and thus getting the gift she’s always yearned for: family and real roots.

What Vicky is trying to do to Phyllis as of late is leaving a bad taste in Nick’s mouth. Despite begging and pleading, Victoria is ripping a sheet out of the Moustache’s business playbook. Nick may realize it’s time to focus entirely on Phyllis, and take the next step in their relationship.

Phyllis will begin to question Nick’s motives this week; however, this could be a cryptic spoiler. Maybe he’s doing some things that will cause Red to raise an eyebrow, yet what if he’s planning a Christmas surprise? What if he’s planning on proposing? He may try to deflect her, which could cause paranoia, but in the long run, she’ll be relieved and understand his motives.

Shey wedding plans will go full force this week and next, as the happy couple tries to organize their big New Year’s Eve nuptials. Seems as if everything is going off without a hitch; however, could Sharon start to have lingering doubts about marrying Rey? He’s the perfect man, but is he truly the perfect man for her? Especially with Adam hanging around?
