Days Of Our Lives Plotline Predictions For The Next Two Weeks (January 17 – 28, 2022)

Actress Linsey Godfrey (Sarah Horton) is set to return to Days of Our Lives (DOOL) this week, but will she be in Salem or in everyone’s dreams? How will Chloe feel when she realizes her parents are at odds? Will Gabi and Devil Johnny cross a line? Days fans just love to speculate on storylines! As such, below are some DOOL plotline predictions for January 17th to 28th, 2022.

12. Only In My Dreams…

DOOL spoilers note that actress Linsey Godfrey (Sarah Horton) will be back on the show this coming week. Added teasers suggest that Gwen will be taken aback when she sees Sarah on her doorstep, while the Days preview video has Xander walking in on Sarah as she’s talking to Maggie. Will Sarah be “back in Salem” or are the above teasers and preview video hinting at something illusory — like “fantasy” scenes?

11. Time For Some Reality

Days spoilers for early in the week of January 17th indicate that Abigail and Xander will be on the right track to finding Sarah. There’s a good chance that they are close to finding Horton and everyone has Sarah on the brain. Therefore, they are dreaming about her (or in Gwen’s case, having a nightmare).

10. Sarah’s “Official” Return

There’s a good chance that Ms. Horton will be found during the week of January 24th. DOOL spoilers note that Sarah will stun Abigail. Simply seeing her cousin after all this time could catch her off guard, or perhaps Abby will be floored by Sarah’s condition. Regardless, this week Xander and Abby will follow clues to Horton’s whereabouts, and next week, they’ll see her face-to-face.

9. Chloe’s Distraction

Chloe’s been laser-focused on Philip and his disappearance, but that’s all about to change. With Nancy in town and Craig on his way, Lane’s parents and their marital woes will offer up a nice distraction for her. She’ll shift her focus to her mom and dad, and Philip’s MIA status will slowly make it to the back of her mind.

8. Brady’s Her Rock

DOOL spoilers indicate that Brady will offer Chloe a ton of support and, in many ways, be a rock for her during this difficult time. Brady and Chloe will bond over the coming weeks. While nothing will likely happen between them this week or next, they’ll certainly get a lot closer.

7. Gabi’s Up To Some Devilish Games

Now that Gabi knows that Johnny holds EJ’s stocks, she’ll zero in on the young man during the week of January 17th. Little does she know, she’s playing with fire! Sounds like Hernandez will have a seductive scheme up her sleeve and boyfriend Jake will be in the know about it. He’ll have major concerns that this could all backfire on her, but she won’t listen.

6. Flirting Turns To More…

Things will move FAST between Gabi and Johnny during the week of January 17th. Gabi will turn it up a notch or two in the flirting department, and by Friday, these two will be “hot and heavy”! In fact, the Days weekly preview video shows DiMera and Gabi kissing, with Johnny then taking his shirt off! Hernandez has no idea what she’s getting into. After all, she may not be so eager to engage in these shenanigans if she knew Johnny was possessed.

5. Will They Cross A Line?

There’s a good chance that Johnny and Gabi will cross a line, either this week or next. Not necessarily because the two can’t keep their hands off each other, but more because the Devil is involved in all of this. Satan could cast a spell on Hernandez that causes her to do more than she was planning. Then again, it looks as if the two are making out in the DiMera mansion, so they could also be interrupted by a family member before things get out of hand.

4. Will Paulina Confess, Too?

Days spoilers note that Chanel will confess something to Paulina this week, and there’s a good chance she’ll tell her mom about her one-nighter with Allie. With that said, will Paulina tell her daughter that she already knows? Then again, Chanel could confess another secret to her mom, which will keep Ms. Price hush-hush around what she walked in on that night Johnny dropped her daughter.

3. Tensions Rise Between Allie And Tripp

DOOL spoilers suggest that Tripp will feel as if something is off with his girlfriend this week. Meanwhile, Allie will continue to debate whether she wants to come clean to her boyfriend. Of course, her behavior will be a little off with him! She feels completely guilty about cheating on him. Added teasers note that Allie will gather the courage during the week of January 24th; however, as she prepares to tell Tripp about the night she spent with Chanel, will someone interrupt them?

2. Chaos At The Convent

Days spoilers for the week of January 17th reveal that Kayla and Steve will create some chaos at the convent in Italy, as they try to capture Kristen. Do any other fans think that DiMera will slip through their fingers? If she can escape jail and prison multiple times, is there any chance that Patch and his Sweetness will successfully nab her and secure her return to Salem? She’ll make a run for it when all heck breaks loose.

1. EJ’s Testimony

Speaking of chaos, DOOL spoilers for this week suggest that EJ’s trial will be over-the-top. Not only will Lucas’ testimony cause commotion, but DiMera will take the stand, despite Belle’s reservations. While she’ll advise against the move, EJ will go through with it anyway. Is there any way he can convince the judge of his innocence?
