Days of Our Lives Plotline Predictions For The Next Two Weeks (May 25 – June 5, 2020)

Wondering what will happen in the land of Days of Our Lives (DOOL) in the coming weeks? It’s hard for fans not to speculate! Will Orpheus’ plan be stopped? Will Brady and Sarah continue to succeed in getting under Xander’s skin? Will Gabi get through to Jake? Below are some DOOL plotline predictions for May 25 to June 5, 2020.

12. Orpheus Creates Some Chaos

While Marlena, Steve, Rafe, and Hope will try with all their might to bring Orpheus down, it seems as if they will be met with a bit of resistance. According to DOOL spoilers, Orpheus will shoot Rafe at some point this week, but fans shouldn’t be too concerned over Hernandez and his health, as things will end up being okay in the long run.

11. The Good Guys (Eventually) Win

All arrows seem to point to the fact that Orpheus will eventually land in jail. While things will get dire for Rafe, Justin will at some point this week lash out at Orpheus regarding his role in Adrienne’s passing. Justin isn’t exactly a superspy (like say, Hope, Rafe, and Steve are), so for him to be in a position to confront Orpheus, you know the bad guy will be down and out.

10. Rafe Will Still Have To Fight For David

David will most likely return home safely to Rafe; however, DOOL spoilers for the week of June 1st do hint that he’ll still have to deal with a custody hearing against Zoey. In fact, Hope will go to bat for her ex in court, but will her word be enough for the judge to award custody to Rafe, and not family member Zoey?

9. Zoey Wins Custody Of David

While her brother and father have landed in prison, it would seem very unlikely that Zoey would gain custody of David. After all, her criminal family tree wouldn’t offer the best image for any judge, plus Rafe is the only father the child has ever known. In addition, it was Jordan’s wish that Rafe raises her child. With all that said, this is the land of soap operas, where villains tend to get the upper hand (at first). There is a very good chance that Zoey could win the custody hearing, which would only continue to enhance the drama onscreen.

8. Four Weddings On The Horizon

Ben and Ciara have recently got engaged, and it seems as if Nicole and Eric, plus Elani, won’t be too far behind this week. According to DOOL spoilers, Justin will have weddings on the brain too, as he’ll contemplate popping the question to Kayla in the coming days. Four Salem weddings on the horizon? Seems as if only one couple might actually end up saying their vows when all is said and done. Cin probably has the best chances at this point.

7. Steve Has An Epiphany

DOOL spoilers tease that Steve will realize that he wants to be with Kayla by this week’s end. While this may excite fans of Patch and Kay, the reality is that Justin will probably end up proposing to Kayla before Steve has a chance to tell her how he really feels.

6. A Baby Blessing?

Meanwhile, in addition to getting engaged this week, Elani will find out that they are expecting! This is great news, but any viewer can understand why Lani may have mixed feelings about the entire thing. Losing a child, and the way she did, was not only devastating, but she could have anxiety around expecting this time around, and potentially having the same scenario play out.

5. Sarah & Brady

Sarah and Brady have a pretty cool plan right now to get back at Xander; however, at what point do the lines blur around “fake” and “real” feelings? In the next couple of weeks, DOOL fans should expect the chemistry and attraction to amplify between both Brady and Sarah. They have “super couple” written all over them!

4. Goodbye Abigail

DOOL spoilers have been teasing an exit by Abigail for weeks now, and it will come to a head this Wednesday May 27th. According to teasers, Chad will escort Abby to a facility in Florida for treatment, but his absence will be short, and he’ll return to the land of Salem without his wife. Could she need more time in Florida, or will he come back to the little town with bad news around a split?

3. Jake Tries To Resist

Across town, Jake will continue to resist Gabi’s affections in the next couple of weeks, but how long will that last? Hernandez is a beautiful woman, and as much as he wants to push her away, it seems like Jake will be “all talk” with little action. Could Jake start to have true feelings for Gabi in the coming weeks? Especially since there is a good chance he is really Stefan?

2. Jake’s Past

The goons that are connected to Jake will continue to be a thorn in Ben’s side in the coming weeks. According to Days spoilers, Jake will come clean to him during the week of June 1st, so it seems as if these former associates may be a bigger issue than everyone realizes. As the week comes to a close, Jake will let Cin know that Gabi has been kidnapped. Could Jake’s past catch up with him in a very toxic way? There’s a good chance these goons are the ones who whisk Hernandez away!

1. Claire Returns

DOOL spoilers state that Claire Brady will be released from Bayview, as actress Olivia Rose Keegan will reprise her infamous role the week of June 1st. While parents Belle and Shawn will ease their daughter’s transition from the facility and back to Salem life, seems as if Marlena will play a big role in watching over her granddaughter, moving forward into the summer months.
