Days Of Our Lives Plotline Predictions For The Next Two Weeks (October 18 – 29, 2021)

As Halloween approaches, what kind of devilish acts can fans expect from Marlena? Where will Steve’s new assignment lead him over the next two weeks? When the mob hits Salem, will anyone get hurt in the crossfire? So many questions, so few answers! As such, below are some Days of Our Lives (DOOL) plotline predictions for October 18th to October 29th, 2021.

12. What’s Next For Johnny’s Movie?

DOOL spoilers for this week hint that Marlena will decide something that stuns both John and Johnny. Does she promise to add funding to the project? What if her condition around “okaying” the movie is that she becomes creative director? What if the Devil plans on charming Johnny into making him the “hero” in the film? What if he sways the young DiMera and turns him against John?

11. Productions Begins

Could Johnny and “Marlena” bond? The film’s productions will start over the coming weeks, and if “Doc” wants to act as creative director, this means the Devil will spend a lot of time with Johnny. Will the evil one influence DiMera in the wrong way? Could people start to notice a difference in the young man’s behavior? Allie and Chanel may start to see this right away.

10. Trouble In Paradise

Just when Chad and Abigail were on a good roll, EJ had to come in and ruin things by asking to play John Black in Johnny’s movie. If production ramps up on the film in the coming weeks, rehearsals will have to start, which means EJ and Abigail will be spending a lot more time together. Could these two start to have feelings for each other again? After all, the evil one will be at the helm of this film project and could try to push them closer together, causing conflict between “Chabby”. Either way, Chad won’t be too pleased.

9. Julie Is A Target

Back to the evil one, Julie will land on the Devil’s hit list this week, and should surely watch her back over the next two weeks. Williams has sass and gumption but also a heart of gold. The Devil knows that the love she shares with Doug is special, and the two coming together could ruin his plans.

8. John Starts Putting The Pieces Together

Finally, John Black suspects something is “off” with Marlena. Took him long enough! In all seriousness, he’s bound to put two-and-two together over the next week or so. The problem is, will the Devil be onto him and try to eliminate Black before he comes to the right conclusion? Could he lock him up when Black realizes that he’s back? Will the Devil hurt him, so that he’s left in the hospital, and possibly in a coma? John destroyed his plans the last time and is a threat to him.

7. Steve’s New Assignment

Across town, DOOL spoilers indicate that Steve will get an unexpected assignment in the coming days. Sounds like he’ll be on the hunt for Kristen DiMera. Will the ISA reach out and place Johnson on this case, or will someone else enlist his services? Could Brady get a weird message from his estranged baby momma again, and want to know where she is — for his safety and Rachel’s?

6. The Mob Hits Salem Again!

Sounds like the mob will hit the land of Salem again, and Abe Carver could get hit in the crossfire! While Days spoilers suggest that Jake will take this situation into his own hands, added teasers note that Abe will be rushed to the hospital, while DiMera heads to the police station. Will Carver simply be in the wrong place at the wrong time, or is there something more to him getting shot?

5. Paulina Is Frantic

Paulina will lose her mind when Abe lands in the hospital. Seeing her loved one slipping away due to shots fired will have her reeling. But will Abe be okay? Will there be worry that he could pass away, or perhaps sustain a life-long injury? Does this mean the wedding will have to be postponed?

4. Hospital Ceremony

What if there is a chance that Abe might pass away? What if Paulina has an idea to marry Abe while in the hospital? Perhaps a doctor will suggest it to keep him hanging on and to “fight” for his life? Perhaps they’ll decide to say their “I do’s” while Abe is in the hospital, with a promise of a proper ceremony and reception once he recovers?

3. A Cryptic DOOL Spoiler…

There’s quite a cryptic DOOL spoiler for the week of October 25th. It states “wedded bliss” could crack when a truth bomb is exposed. Could this have to do with Paulina and Abe? Could Paulina suffer from some extreme guilt due to Carver’s condition? Maybe she doesn’t want him passing without knowing the truth about Lani? Could she reveal that he’s not Lani’s father, while Abe is unconscious?

2. Carver Will Be Okay

It’ll be scary for a bit there, but Abe Carver will likely be okay when all is said and done. However, what if Paulina spills the beans while he’s in a coma, and he ends up awakening, only to remember what she’s told him? Will Paulina come clean, or try to “brush it under the rug”, using his injuries and trauma as an excuse? If she does fluff it off, she’ll be digging herself a deeper hole.

1. New Besties Alert?

Days spoilers for the week of October 18th suggest that Bonnie will get a new cellmate in the form of Gwen. Will these two become new besties? They’ll likely get on each other’s nerves at first, and then form a bond as time progresses. Gwen could use a friend in Salem, and likewise for Bonnie. Will these two try to plan a jailbreak at some point?
