12. Welcome Back, Dr. Mike!

DOOL spoilers for early October reveal that Dr. Mike Horton will return to the land of Salem. Actor Roark Critchlow will reprise the role, but what is bringing the good doctor back to his hometown? Seems like he’ll be there to support his sister Jennifer, as she continues to spiral out of control. But will he also help Rex in his never-ending battle to save Marlena, Kate and Kayla?

11. The Ladies Struggle

DOOL spoilers for October imply that Marlena and Kayla will continue to worsen, as the days and weeks go by. There’s no word on Kate, but she may be in bad shape, too. Added teasers note that John will give Rex some unfortunate news, which seems to be linked to Doc. Can Rex save the day? Will Dr. Mike lend a hand?

10. Kayla’s Heavenly Visit

DOOL’s fall preview video reveals that Kayla’s health will deteriorate, offering scenes with her family around her bedside, as she seemingly calls out for her “Pops” (who’s long since passed). She’ll also move towards the white light, and there are scenes in the preview that imply she’ll visit heaven. Will Rex be able to save her in time?

9. Will Bo Return?

During Kayla’s heavenly visit (profiled in the DOOL fall preview), she turns around, sees someone, and says, “It’s you!” Will her brother Bo visit her? Actor Peter Reckell (Bo Brady) did note in an interview that his Beyond Salem return could be “just the beginning” of a Days return. Could the events that unravel in October lead up to a storyline that has Bo officially back, in some capacity?

8. Jenn’s Realization

Back to Jennifer, DOOL spoilers suggest that she’ll come to a terrible realization in early October. With previews hinting that she’ll be behind a massive car crash, could the unthinkable happen? Will she be responsible for another character’s passing? Will Jennifer realize she’s gone too far with her addiction this time?

7. What The Future Holds…

In added DOOL spoilers for October, Jennifer will share her plans for the future with her family. Related teasers note that everyone will be stunned to learn what Jenn will do next. Could she decide to leave town? Or, perhaps go to an addiction facility? Ms. Horton has had a hard go recently, not only losing her mother but her daughter, too.

DOOL spoilers for early October state that Paulina will get an unexpected visit from Leo’s slimy lawyer, Sloan. Added teasers state that an outrage will unfold for some Salemites at the most inopportune time. With Paulina running for governor, the timing for a secret to pop up is terrible. What could she be hiding from her past, now?

5. The Chanel Dupree Factor

The DOOL fall preview seems to imply the aforementioned outrage that could hurt Paulina is about Chanel. The cool thing about Ms. Dupree is her out-of-the-box thinking and the way she lives life on her terms. What could Chanel have done in her past that might affect her mom’s governor campaign?

4. Caught In A Love Triangle

Across town, DOOL spoilers for October promise an interesting love triangle on the horizon. Sparks continue to fly between Stephanie and Alex. With that said, it looks as if Mr. Kiriakis will have some competition in the form of Chad DiMera. Added teasers note that an encounter he has with Ms. Johnson may hint that she’s interested in the widower. Sounds like Steph will be in quite the pickle next month, as she decides which man she should dive into a romance with.

3. Eric And Nicole Cross A Line

Looks as if Nicole and Eric will finally succumb to temptation next month. DOOL spoilers for October indicate that the two will be placed in a compromising position. The fall preview video also shows them breaking down and kissing. Will these two exes cross a line and get caught?

2. Rafe And Jada See Them

DOOL spoilers for October not only hint that Eric and Nicole will be in a compromising position, but that the two will get caught by Rafe and Jada! Could this mean that Mr. and Mrs. Hernandez are headed for a separation? Is this also the end of Jada and Eric’s romance? Only time will tell.

1. Leo And Craig Try To Mend Fences

In some interesting Days spoilers, Craig and Leo will have a conversation in the hopes of mending fences. Will these two fix the differences they’ve had in the past, in order to become friends? Could the two ever reunite? Chloe wouldn’t be a fan of that scenario, but maybe Stark could eventually grow on her!
