Days Of Our Lives: Spoilers For September 2020

On the cusp of a brand-new month ahead, there will be plenty of activity in the little town of Salem. From favorite characters leaving to some older ones making splashing returns, the next four weeks or so should prove to be an interesting month in the land of Days of Our Lives (DOOL). As such, below are some interesting DOOL spoilers for September 2020.

12. Hope Says Goodbye

There has been a slew of announcements around major DOOL character exits this summer, where some have already taken place (looking at you, Rafe and Gabi Hernandez); however, one big and unexpected one was the social media post made by actress Kristian Alfonso, who has played the iconic Hope Brady for close to four decades now. Expect Hope to bid adieu to Salem sometime in September.

11. Ciara Not Far Behind?

Among the many exit announcements, Days fans have also recently learned that actress Victoria Konefal, who plays Ciara Weston, is also on her way out shortly. While exact final airdate has not been made as of yet, with DOOL’s current schedule running until late September, early October, expect Ciara to follow her mom’s lead … unless a recast is announced!

10. Will Ciara Be Okay?

Could what’s going on with Ben (and Vincent) right now be Ciara’s exit storyline? It’s hard to say. As mentioned above, Days spoilers haven’t revealed whether or not Ciara will be recast, and she’ll be stuck in a very dire situation in early September. In fact, related teasers state that Vincent will offer up an unexpected confession to Ciara.

9 Ben Could Save Her

Yet, there’s still a major possibility that Ben will save her in the nick of time. DOOL spoilers imply that with Marlena’s help (probably, hypnosis), Ben will get some answers, and even remember an important piece of information about Ciara’s kidnapping. Can he save her in time, or will he be too late?

8. Tripp’s Return

On a happy note, Tripp Johnson is set to return to Salem sometime in September, and fans should brace themselves for a comeback earlier on in the month. DOOL spoilers reveal that Kayla and Steve will be taken aback by an “intruder”, and it seems as if Johnson’s eldest son, played by actor Lucas Adams, may sneak in on them unexpectedly! In related Days news, WilSon is set to say their emotional “goodbye” on September 1st.

7. The Battle Begins

DOOL spoilers indicate that Xander and Philip will officially start the battle over that Titan CEO spot in early September. Seems as if Victor may set up a competition between the two so that they can “earn” this title. It may be easier for them to fight over the job then for him to make a decision and be forced to choose. In other related teasers, there’s a good chance that Shawn and Philip may rekindle an old rivalry in Salem sometime in early September.

6. The Custody For Allie’s Baby Continues

There won’t be any resolution around Allie’s son’s custody anytime soon. DOOL spoilers for September reveal that Sami will offer up an unexpected witness early on in the month to help boost her side of things. Who could this be? With Nicole’s past, there are a plethora of men (or women) who could hit the stand and make her look like a terrible mother.

5. Goodbye Eric

It looks like there is a good chance that Sami may win custody of her grandson after all, or Allie may come back to reclaim the child. Yet another actor set to depart the show shortly is Greg Vaughan, who plays Eric Brady, and DOOL spoilers do hint that Brady will exit Salem, so a recast seems unlikely.

4. Trouble In Paradise?

Brady Black is set to return to Days in late August while Kristen will follow him a few days later sometime in early September. While Brady will be in Salem to check in on his dad, it seems as if he’ll have asked Kristen to stay behind (wherever they are) and keep undercover. Kristen will not listen, and DOOL spoilers tease a fight between the so-called happy couple. Could there be trouble in paradise for these two?

3. Eli’s Not Happy

Brady won’t be the only one upset that Kristen has shown up in Salem. DOOL spoilers suggest that DiMera will visit gal pal Lani when she does come back, and Lani will help her to cover something up (most likely that Kristen is simply in Salem). When Eli finds out, he won’t be too pleased with Lani, or Kristen for that matter.

2. Gwen Continues With Her Manipulation

DOOL spoilers hint that Gwen will continue to play games within the DiMera mansion by manipulating Chad. He’s been trying to keep her at bay, but with her and Jake’s relationship cracking, it seems like as September progresses, she’ll continue to zero in on Chad. But will she succeed? He does have a wife, and it seems as if she’s headed to Salem very soon.

1. Abigail Returns!

Are you a fan that is Team Marci or Team Kate when it comes to Abigail DiMera? Maybe it doesn’t matter at all, and you love them both! Either way, Abigail is headed back to the land of Salem, and this time around, actress Marci Miller will reprise the role. No exact airdate is available as of yet, but Days spoilers are hinting a return is to occur in the very near future. Stay tuned!
