5. Bicentennial Celebration
All the who’s who of Salem gather at the newly renovated Martin House to celebrate the town’s bicentennial. Tributes are made to the late (and great!) Alice Horton.

Abigail is shocked when she stumbles across evidence that reveals Ben (not Chad) as the real Necktie Killer. When Ben finds out what Abigail now knows, he tries to convince her of his innocence. Unfortunately, he later loses his patience. He ends up attacking her and holding her prisoner in the Horton Cabin.

Still seeing visions of Bo, Caroline then makes it known she has concerns about Hope’s pending nuptials. Bo makes contact with his mom, telling her to stop Aiden and Hope’s wedding. Unfortunately…Caroline fails. The wedding day arrives and the two exchange their vows to live happily ever after.

While Hope is excited about her new life with her husband, Aiden — he has different feelings. He finally puts his plan into motion and attacks his new wife. One of them dies…but which one? Meanwhile, Bo returns to Salem with the intention to save Hope.
