31. Hit: Allison Janney

Allison Janney looked stunning at the 2020 SAG Awards where she wore this sleek off-the-shoulder dress. We’ve never seen anything like this before, which certainly made it a standout fashion moment. We love the elegant neckline and beaded fringe, which felt fashion-forward yet still sophisticated.

30. Miss: Lili Reinhart

Lili Reinhart missed the mark with her SAG Awards outfit this year! While we typically love the elegance of a monochrome ensemble, this one wasn’t the most flattering. We love the dainty beading and shape of the neckline, but the skirt didn’t seem to match the rest of the dress, especially with the ruffles.

29. Hit: Joey King

Joey King was all glamour at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out rocking this black lace dress. We love the flattering corset-style bodice and floating lace on this dress, which really made it feel old Hollywood-inspired.

28. Miss: Madeline Brewer

Madeline Brewer missed the mark with this oversized blue dress she wore to the 2020 SAG Awards. This look seemed a little overly foofy with all the heavy tulle and ruffles, but the color also didn’t do much for her complexion and seemed to clash with her red-tinted locks.

27. Hit: Rachel Brosnahan

Rachel Brosnahan definitely had all eyes on her when she stepped out wearing this cobalt blue dress at the 2020 SAG Awards. The gown fit her figure like a glove and the dainty bead detailing looked so elegant draping off her shoulders.

26. Miss: Molly Sims

Molly Sims had an unfortunate fashion miss at this year’s 2020 SAG Awards. Sims opted for a magenta pink dress with oversized puff-style sleeves. The combination of a color so bold and dramatic sleeves did not seem to come together as a flattering fashion moment.

25. Hit: Dakota Fanning

Dakota Fanning looked like a real-life mermaid at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out wearing this sparkling seafoam green dress. This color looks fabulous against her fair complexion and the cutout detail on the dress in combination with her beachy waves definitely added to the mermaid vibe of this look.

24. Miss: Catherine O’Hara

Catherine O’Hara stepped out in an orange sparkling dress for the 2020 SAG Awards that we have to admit we weren’t the biggest fans of. This shade of orange seemed to wash out her complexion, especially with the high neckline and long sleeves which made this even more apparent.

23. Hit: Laura Dern

Laura Dern looked lovely at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out wearing this deep forest green dress. This look was both elegant and fashion-forward with the sleek shape and structured shoulders. We also love the mesh detailing along the bodice which added something unique without being over the top.

22. Miss: Lupita Nyong’o

Lupita Nyong’o is typically a red carpet all-star, which is why we were a little disappointed by her look for the 2020 SAG Awards. The floral print was quite bold, but especially so paired with this white fabric on the bust which didn’t feel like it flowed with the rest of the gown.

21. Hit: Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams was all class at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out wearing this little black dress. This look is the perfect example of how simple dresses can really be the most stunning! We love the elegant off-the-shoulder neckline and the fact that she added a pop of berry red on her lips for a red carpet glamour factor.

20. Miss: Nathalie Emmanuel

Nathalie Emmanuel took this year’s bow trend to the extreme with her look for the 2020 SAG Awards. This look felt a little juvenile and over the top with the combination of the oversized bow on her chest and the voluminous skirt.

19. Hit: Sophie Turner

Sophie Turner stole the show with her look for the 2020 SAG Awards. The actress opted for a bold punch of magenta pink which worked beautifully to highlight her blonde tresses and fair complexion. We also love the shape of this dress which worked perfectly to flatter her figure with the corset detailing and chunky belt.

18. Miss: Charlize Theron

Charlize Theron missed the mark with her sparkling look for the 2020 SAG Awards. The silver glitter crop top and black belted skirt felt like an odd combination that didn’t quite flow together.

17. Hit: Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez looked sophisticated and chic with her look for the 2020 SAG Awards. The actress donned a sleek black dress with a satin off-the-shoulder neckline. We love the back bow on this look which added something unique without feeling over the top. Lopez accessorized with a whopping $9 million worth of Harry Winston diamonds.

16. Miss: Kathryn Newton

Kathryn Newton had a fashion miss at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out wearing this orange billowing dress. The combination of the heavy skirt, poofy shoulders and bold color definitely didn’t work together in her favor.

15. Hit: Reese Witherspoon

Reese Witherspoon dazzled at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out wearing this sparkling one-shoulder dress. We love the unique shoulder detail of this look and how effortlessly this glittering number fits her figure.

14. Miss: Storm Reid

Euphoria star Storm Reid missed the mark with this look she opted for at the 2020 SAG Awards. There was simply too much happening at once with the statement print, feathered skirt, and bold off-the-shoulder neckline.

13. Hit: Camila Mendes

Camila Mendes looked angelic at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out wearing this blush pink sparkling number. This pale pink color is a wonderful contrast against Camila’s dark features and the shape of this dress flattered her figure perfectly.

12. Miss: Elisabeth Moss

Elisabeth Moss missed the mark with this pink look she wore to the 2020 SAG Awards. While we love this shade of pink on her complexion, this dress seemed to overwhelm her figure with the flowy chiffon sleeves and high neckline.

Press Association

11. Hit: Millie Bobby Brown

Millie Bobby Brown certainly wore something unique for this year’s SAG Awards but we are big fans! She stood out in the sea of dresses by opting for trousers and a high-low blazer combination.

10. Miss: Cynthia Erivo

Cynthia Erivo definitely stood out at the 2020 SAG Awards, but we’re not sure it was for the right reasons. The star opted for a pink and red dress that featured an avant-garde style skirt. This look was simply a little too experimental for the SAG Awards and would have felt much better suited for the Met Gala.

9. Hit: Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman had all eyes on her when she stepped out wearing this stunning navy gown at the 2020 SAG Awards. We love this color against her blonde hair and the subtle sparkle and ruffled skirt worked flawlessly together.

8. Miss: Christina Applegate

Actress Christina Applegate had a fashion miss at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out in this black and white floral dress. This look totally overwhelmed her with the heavy print, bubbled sleeves and high neckline.

7. Hit: Scarlett Johansson

Scarlett Johansson was a total bombshell at the 2020 SAG Awards where she stepped out rocking this sleek turquoise gown. The luxe texture of this look was unlike anything we’ve seen before and the shape and color of this dress flattered her perfectly.

Press Association

6. Miss: Winona Ryder

We’re not sure what Winona Ryder was thinking when she decided to wear this black ruffled number to the 2020 SAG Awards. The combination of the blazer, lace, and bold tiered ruffles was definitely too much in our opinion.

5. Hit: Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston opted for a ’90s inspired slip dress for the 2020 SAG Awards that we absolutely loved. The ivory number fit her like a glove and had really flattering details like the cowl neckline and the sash on the waist.

4. Miss: Gwendoline Christie

Gwendoline Christie had an undeniable fashion miss at the 2020 SAG Awards where she opted for a black oversized gown. The shape of this dress was the main reason we weren’t fans of it since the look seemed to overpower her figure and appeared unnecessarily voluminous.

3. Hit: Renee Zellweger

Renee Zellweger was a red carpet all-star at the 2020 SAG Awards where she rocked a midnight blue satin gown. We love the unique neckline of this dress which felt different but still totally elegant.

2. Miss: Margot Robbie

Margot Robbie missed the mark with this flannel-printed look she wore to the 2020 SAG Awards. A casual print like flannel definitely doesn’t have a place on the red carpet, but even more so when it’s combined with a bold ruffled skirt.

Press Association

1. Hit: Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner stole the show with this striking crimson dress she wore to the 2020 SAG Awards. The pleating on this dress was so pretty and this red color did wonders to highlight Garner’s complexion and warm brown tresses.
