Channing Tatum And Jessie J Reportedly Split After Brief Reconciliation

The now-former couple, who got back together earlier this year following a month-long split, have decided to go their separate ways once again.
“They cared enough about each other to try again but realized it was better to move on,” a source told PEOPLE. “It’s totally amicable.”

The 32-year-old singer and 39-year-old actor reconciled in January following their split in December 2019 after over a year of dating. At the time of their first breakup, a source revealed to PEOPLE that although they did try to make their relationship work, the “timing was off.”
“He is super busy with his career and as a dad,” the source said. “He has a world awaiting him and is trying to manage how busy he is which isn’t easy.”
Tatum confirmed he and Jessie were back together in January, sharing a selfie of the then-couple cuddling together on his Instagram account.
The same night, the pair made their red carpet debut, and the singer shared that she was feeling “happiness from the inside out.”
“I love you so much baby @channingtatum,” she captioned a clip from their date night. “The way you love me and the way I love you and the way we feel it is all that matters.”
“They seem very happy about being together,” an insider told PEOPLE at the time. “Things seem back to normal.”
In February, the two celebrated Valentine’s Day together, with Tatum showing off an overabundance of roses, whereas Jessie captioned a photo of the actor, writing, “Mines.”
Tatum and Jessie last posted about spending time with each other in late-February.
Jessie shared on February 22 a video of Tatum’s 6-year-old daughter Everly, whom he shares with ex Jenna Dewan, having a dance party with her scarf. “Scarf – 1, my turn – 4 lol, celery juice – 0, Evie – 100,” she captioned her video post.
Tatum also shared a picture of Jessie lounging in an RV while wearing a “faux fur gas station hat i bought her as a joke,” and despite the unusual apparel she still “pulls off looking hot.”
The couple’s split comes one month after Tatum’s ex welcomed her first child with fiancé Steve Kazee–who named their son Callum.
