Former Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham has dropped her $5 million lawsuit against MTV, its parent company Viacom and multiple other production studios after a settlement was reportedly reached.

In February, Abraham who starred on the hit MTV series for seven and a half seasons, filed a lawsuit after she was let go from the show in October of 2017. In her lawsuit, Abraham claimed she had been “sex-shamed” because she was told she could not continue starring on the MTV show if she continued her work in the adult entertainment industry. The 26-year-old claimed  harassment, wrongful termination based upon gender discrimination and retaliation based upon gender discrimination. In the documents, Abraham claims that Freeman and the Teen Mom OG production crew “harassed, humiliated and discriminated against, disrespected, ridiculed and sex shamed” during a meeting on October 30, 2017 — the day before she was officially fired from the show.

On Tuesday, March 27 Abraham filed papers that stated she had reached a settlement with the parties she named and “she voluntarily dismisses with prejudice all claims she had filed in her lawsuit” according to E! News and the terms of the settlement were not made public.

Along with financial damage from being fired from the show, Abraham also claimed that she suffered “emotional pain, emotional suffering, inconvenience, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment of life” from her encounter with executive producer Morgan J. Freeman.

After the lawsuit was filed, Viacom responded with a brief statement: “We respect Farrah’s decision to pursue other endeavors, and we wish her the best. Regarding her suit, the claims are without merit.”
