Reality Steve Bachelor Spoilers 2020: An Eliminated Contestant Returns…And Gets A Rose
Published on January 21, 2020.ABC
Bachelor Nation fans’ heartstrings are being pulled left and right. First, Hannah Brown shows up, Hannah Ann Sluss and Kelsey Weier fight over a bottle of champagne, and the January 20 episode was all about dramatic pageant queen Alayah Benavidez.
Even though Alayah didn’t receive a rose and was eliminated at the third rose ceremony of The Bachelor, she will make her way back into Peter’s life according to spoilers from Reality Steve. After the dramatic event, where Chris Harrison plucked one of the roses away, Peter pulls aside one of the show’s producers and tells her that he regrets letting Alayah go. Unsure of if he made the right call or not, and worried about regretting it “like crazy,” he won’t let Alayah get past her to go home “for a little while.”
“I thought that was the right thing to do,” he said. “But I don’t know right now. I just hope I made the right decision.”
After the episode, a teaser trailer appeared for what’s to come next, showed Alayah shows up again, and announces to the group of women, “I here to freaking set the record straight about what was said about me.”
WARNING: Bachelor 2020 spoilers ahead!
According to Reality Steve, Alayah makes her return to the show during the group date’s after-party. The beauty pageant queen confronts Peter about how “she felt that she was sent home at the last rose ceremony due to wrong information Peter was hearing from others.” Alayah then seeks out Peter and reveals to him that she’s there for him. After their talk, Peter then hands her the group date rose! Once the other women find out about the rose, they obviously become upset.
Alayah, who was home for the day, most likely found out online about Victoria F.’s one-on-one date with Peter at the Chase Rice concert and her dating history with the American country singer.
The same night, Alayah reveals “to the women there that she heard Victoria F. and Chase Rice had a past,” as per Reality Steve. None of the other women knew about this information, probably because Victoria F. never told them after her one-on-one date. The women then run up to Victoria F. about this, and she goes off on Alayah about how it wasn’t any of her business, it was disrespectful, and so on.
“Apparently this did not sit well with Victoria F. and Alayah was basically in a stay of execution at the house at that point,” Reality Steve wrote about what happened after the Victoria F.’s lash out on Alayah.
After all was said and done, Alayah and Peter sit down before the fourth rose ceremony. Reality Steve speculates they might have talked about whether she “wanted to leave because she felt attacked in the house,” or that Peter might have “changed his mind and told her she should leave because him giving her the group date rose when she came back caused too many problems.” Either way, sources revealed to Reality Steve that Alayah “left on her own,” and this time she is actually gone for good.
