6. This Week’s Theme!
Y&R fans all know that Nikki and Victor Newman are the super couple glue that holds Genoa City together. What would life be like without the Moustache and his number one lady? Not as exciting as it has been! Therefore, it is no surprise that the week of May 4th will highlight their love affair, with rebroadcasted shows dating back to 1981!

According to Y&R spoilers, Monday’s episode highlights Nikki’s first visit to the ranch, as she and Victor test the spark they share between them. Victor’s friend, Colonel Douglas Austin (played by actor Michael Evans – remember him?) will be featured on the episode that was originally aired on Halloween 1981. The rerun should offer some nostalgia as fans witness Nikki and Victor well before they were officially Mr. and Mrs. Newman.

Originally airing in August 1987, this Y&R classic epi showcases Nikki, as she dreams of a reunion with Victor (once Ashley is out of the picture). For fans that may recall, this is when Ash and the Moustache were “a thing.” Other storylines covered include Phillip making future plans with “Cricket” (Christine Blair).

Fast forward to early June 1990, and Nikki will take the spotlight at the Colonnade Room for this classic Y&R show. Other characters included in this episode include Dru, who finds herself in a little trouble, as well as Sheila Carter, as she tries to keep Scott away from Lauren! Anyone else miss Sheila and Dru?

Thursday’s classic Y&R show will be one from April 1998, where Nikki and Victor realize they cannot deny their chemistry (could they ever, really?) Meanwhile, Sharon and Nick’s marriage is starting to crumble. Fans of the show get to see beloved actress Jeanne Cooper on the small screen again this week, as Kay interferes in the relationship between Keith and Jill. Classic Katherine!

Last but not least, Friday’s episode showcases the third marriage of Nikki and Victor, circa September 2002, as the two remarry in front of loved ones, friends, and family at the Colonnade Room. They say the third time is the charm, but this wasn’t the case for Victor and Nikki in the long run! The show will also highlight Ashley, and she tries desperately to keep a secret under wraps.
