The 5 Best Dressed Stars At The 2015 Tony Awards

On Sunday June 7 a lot of Hollywood’s best stepped out in NYC for the 69th Annual Tony Awards, and as always many shone on the red carpet in some great fashion choices. Although the awards celebrate Broadway, many celebrities showed up for the event looking their best including Rita Wilson, Helen Mirren, Jennifer Lopez, Broadway newcomer Vanessa Hudgens and even Kendall Jenner made a surprise appearance.

Actress Helen Mirren, 69, has made her mark in the entertainment industry and at 69 years old is as stunning and graceful as ever which she showed at the event. Mirren won the Tony for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play for her part in The Audience and she looked spectactular in her white Badgley Mischka dress. The dress looked bridal glamorous with an embellished bodice, plunging neckline and flowing lace sleeves.

Kendall Jenner apparently surprised everyone by showing up for the event, however, she can’t pass up a chance to show off her gorgeous model looks and she hit the mark again in a coral mini dress from the Calvin Klein Collection. With a short hem and open back, the 19-year old proved yet again why she is taking over the modeling world, looking as chic as ever.

Vanessa Hudgens is known for her acting and singing chops from her High School Musical days but she recently took it up a notch appearing on Broadway as the leading lady in Gigi and she is rocking it off the stage as well in arguably the best look of the night. The 26-year old arrived in a gorgeous floral Naeem Khan dress with a plunging neckline, tight waist and full skirt which she matched with an elaborate up-do.

Actress Rita Wilson, 58, and wife of Tom Hanks also arrived at the even, looking fantastic for her first red carpet event after undergoing treatment for breast cancer this past April. The gorgeous actress was absolutely sizzling in a tight, full length and long-sleeved black dress from Tom Ford.

Last but certainly not least, a best dressed is not complete without an appearance from Jennifer Lopez. Lopez opted away from her usual leg baring minis to don a strapless blue Valentino couture dress. Her short curled bob, and bold lips set off her look with the golf embellished gown, looking amazing as usual.
