‘The Challenge’ Features Jordan Wiseley’s Surprise Proposal To Tori Deal

For the very first time in MTV The Challenge‘s history, a proposal was accepted! On Wednesday, November 6’s episode, Jordan Wisely proposed to Tori Deal.

After Wiseley won an elimination round against Theo Campbell, host T.J. Lavin asked if he wanted to switch to teams or stay on Team USA. However, Wiseley decided on something else.

While the host waited for the answer, Wiseley replied as he got down on one knee and pulled out a ring, “You know what would make me happier? If Tori Deal would make me the happiest man in the world and marry me,” he proclaimed. “Are you f–king kidding me?” Deal exclaimed.

Earlier in the episode, the couple shared details about their relationship.

“Being in this house with Jordan and playing this game has definitely strengthened our relationship,” Deal said in a confessional. “To know that we met on The Challenge and that we get to continue our story, I mean, I’m so happy. I love Jordan with all of my heart.”

Wiseley reiterated her words about the couple’s “extraordinary” bond. “We started as best friends and now have fallen to lovers,” he said. “We have so much fun in our daily lives that I’m truly just hanging out with my best friend.”

“I was really scared to ask Tori on the show because I know how important a woman’s proposal is,” Wiseley said to Us Weekly about their engagement in August. “But we met because of the show and I knew she would be super surprised.”

The reality TV star also kept his plans a secret from fellow cast members and production until the last second.

“Right now we do not have a date set but we are looking at fall 2020,” said the pair. “We have a lot coming our way in the next year so we are just going to take our time and really enjoy our engagement!”
