Days Of Our Lives Plotline Predictions For The Next Two Weeks (December 5 – 16, 2022)

Will Alex and Stephanie take their romance to the next level? How will Chad feel about this? What will happen between EJ and Nicole? Plus, what will land Eric in jail? Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans just love speculating on storylines! As such, below are some DOOL plotline predictions for December 5th to 16th, 2022.

12. Alex And Stephanie Do The Deed

Not only do DOOL spoilers suggest that Stephanie and Alex will take that next step toward intimacy in their romance, but the weekly preview hints at it, too. This is great news for fans who want to see Stephanie and Alex together. However, what about those fans who are #TeamChad?

11. Chad’s Catching Feelings

It’s clear that Chad has feelings for Stephanie, but he is still dealing with emotions around losing his wife a few months back. Since Ms. Johnson is furiously moving forward with Alex, DiMera will likely continue to “re-think” pushing Steph away. He’s about to confide in Sonny this week, and Ms. Johnson will probably be the subject of that conversation. With Stephanie and Alex set to do the deed this week, is it too late for Chad to pursue a relationship with her?

10. Why Is Eric In Jail?

Both Paulina and Eric will be cell buddies at Salem’s PD! While it’s not overly stunning for Ms. Price to land in the slammer, what did Mr. Brady do to get arrested? During the DOOL fall preview video (many moons ago), there was a scene between Eric, EJ and Nicole in which Mr. Brady punches Mr. DiMera. Given Eric’s hot temper against Walker at the moment, plus how he walked in on her and EJ during Friday’s cliffhanger, Eric could wind up in jail for punching EJ!

9. Eric And Nicole Are DONE!

Sadly, it looks like Eric and Nicole’s reunion plans are over before they even got started. They’ll have another fight this week, and DOOL spoilers suggest that other romances could arise — not only for Nicole and Eric, but Jada and Rafe, too. It’s a shame that the Hernandez marriage had to fall apart for nothing, but maybe there are brighter things ahead for all four of these characters.

8. Will Eric Move On?

DOOL spoilers for the week of December 12th imply that “sparks will fly” when Eric meets the new lawyer representing him, Sloan. She’s a beautiful, independent and smart woman, but what is it about “bad girls” and Mr. Brady? Can’t he find a nice, non-scheming lady to date for once?

7. Will Nicole Reunite With EJ?

The DOOL weekly preview video has Nicole waking up in EJ’s bed, so there’s a good chance these two will soon cross the line. With that said, a one-nighter is one thing, but a reunion is another. Will Walker and DiMera do more than just fool around in bed over the next two weeks? He had told her she could move into the mansion while she looks for a place of her own. Living together could prove to be a bonding experience.

6. Jada and Rafe Move Forward

DOOL spoilers for this week indicate that Jada and Rafe will also bond. Meanwhile, the winter preview video shows these colleagues taking an outdoor stroll and looking at fireworks. The two seem like they are on a date, so could sparks fly between the cops? They seem to be headed in this direction.

5. Is Ms. Hunter Telling The Whole Truth?

It’s still hard for some fans to digest the fact that Jada decided against keeping her baby. For one thing, the decision was so quick and unexpected. Let’s also not forget: this is the land of Salem, where most people lie, hide things, scheme and plot. Maybe Jada is telling the truth. Then again, maybe she isn’t. Maybe she’ll hide the baby from Eric and once it does arrive, claim it’s not his. Maybe she’ll pretend the child she has is Rafe’s? There’s a good chance she’s still expecting, but she’ll keep it under wraps until well after the baby is born.

4. Ava’s Revenge

Back to EJ drama, DOOL spoilers for the week of December 12th hint that Ava will be out for “more revenge” against those who have done her wrong. What now? Hasn’t Vitali done enough at this point? It’s clear that her main target will be DiMera, but will Nicole be a focus as well, given that she’ll be “by his side” over the next two weeks?

3. Could Susan Be Alive?

Maybe it’s wishful thinking on behalf of some fans, or the fact that no one ever really passes away in the land of Salem, but it’s hard not to think that Susan is alive. What if Banks is alive and Ava has her locked away somewhere? Maybe keeping Susan away from her loved ones, and having them believe she’s passed away, is part of Vitali’s revenge scheme.

2. Bonnie’s PTSD Could Mean Trouble For Xander

Poor Bonnie has been truly shaken by her recent kidnapping. As she experiences post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), could any “flashbacks” equal trouble for Xandy? Will Lockhart remember specifics about his suit, shoes, hands and voice? Could she find the clown mask lying around somewhere in his room and go into panic mode when she puts two and two together?

1. Gwen For The Save

Gwen has been working overtime to save Xandy’s butt by covering up for his lies — and DOOL spoilers hint that she’ll continue to do so. With that said, will Gwen end up being Xander’s downfall, when all is said and done? Will she slip up and tell someone what he’s done, either by mistake or on purpose?
