9. The Truth About Abigail’s Stabbing

DOOL spoilers for the week of August 22nd suggest that fans may inch closer to finding out what happened the night Abigail DiMera was stabbed. First off, Gwen will likely get hauled into Salem PD, as added teasers indicate that Ms. Rizczech will relay to Rafe the series of events that occurred that fateful night. But can he believe her?

8. Leo Tells His Side

Across town, Days spoilers for the week of August 22nd hint that Leo will tell Sloan his side of the story. But will he tell her the whole truth or just part of it? In related teasers, Salem’s D.A. Melinda will have stunning news for both Leo and Gwen as the weekend nears. Have they offered a concrete alibi, or will one of them (or both) be charged for Abigail’s stabbing?

7. Something’s Suspicious Here…

Over at DiMera Enterprises, DOOL spoilers imply that Gabi will get suspicious when she sees Li and Dr. Rolf chatting. Meanwhile, Li and Kristen’s plan to brainwash Stefan into pursuing Chloe will hit some major bumps over the next few days. Meanwhile, added teasers note that Stefan will be determined to find Gabi. With that said, it sounds like he’ll have to get through Li, Rolf and Kristen to do so.

5. Bit By The Jealousy Bug

Speaking of DiMera drama, Days spoilers for the week of August 22nd state that EJ will accuse Ava of moving in on Johnny. Added teasers imply that this may not be out of “fatherly” concern, but rather jealousy. In other news, Kate will ask Roman to give their love one more chance. What will his answer be?

4. Stephanie Versus Steve

Stephanie Johnson returned to Salem this past week, and she’s sprinkled all over the DOOL spoilers for the week of August 22nd. Sounds like she’ll butt heads with her dad Steve at one point, while Kayla tries to play mediator. Kayla will be in a challenging position, however, as added teasers indicate that Steph has turned out to be just as stubborn as her dad.

Speaking of Kayla, DOOL spoilers indicate that she’ll get together with Marlena this week. Unfortunately, the two will get interrupted by Orpheus. In addition, Steve and John will interrupt a meeting that Stephanie has over the coming days. In other news, Paulina will turn to John and Marlena for help. What’s this about? Lastly, she’ll also pay Allie a visit to apologize for her past behavior.

2. Love Is In The Air?

There’s more news on Stephanie Johnson for the week of August 22nd, as she’ll visit Chad in the days ahead. Can she help offer insight as he grieves the loss of his wife… her cousin?! Only time will tell. Plus, Steph will meet Alex as the weekend hits. Sounds like he’ll feel some sparks… but will she? Speaking of Mr. Kiriakis, Sonny believes that Alex isn’t the “player” he’s pretending to be.
