The Oscars mean lots of gorgeous dresses and glamorous stars — but also awkward moments!
On the red carpet this year, E!’s Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic experienced a couple of cringe-inducing moments while talking to Hollywood’s biggest actors and actresses.
When Ryan spoke with Dakota Johnson, the star of Fifty Shades of Grey, he asked her if she kept anything from the movie’s set — and then got a bit embarrassed by her answer. Check out the video to see the awkward red carpet moment, as well as a few others!
It didn’t help that Giuliana kept the weirdness going by talking about BDSM and looking up a definition of an object on her phone. Giuliana must not feel strange about such things (perhaps she’s a fan of Fifty Shades), but E!’s Kelly Osbourne and Ross Matthews acted a bit differently.
In another moment, Ryan ignored Naomi Watts and her publicist in order to talk to Whiplash‘s Miles Teller instead. Talk about an awkward snub!
